Previous school experience

Prior to Teachers College, I had the amazing opportunity to be a Youth Worker for 7 years working within a full primary school in Ōtautahi. I learnt so much from this experience and had some amazing opportunities to be involved within a school environment and rich learning opportunities.

This time in an incredible school set me up with an amazing foundation as I continued to expand my thinking with the new challenges that attending university brought. I now am excited to take these experiences alongside my theory back into the classroom.
